പകല് നക്ഷത്രങ്ങള് is a 2008 Malayalam film directed by Rajeev Nath. Actor Anoop Menon made his debut in screenplay writing through this movie. The film is about the lives of a group of intellectuals in Kerala in the later half of the nineties. The film was critically acclaimed but was a commercial failure.Set in the backdrop of cinema, Pakal Nakshatrangal tells the story of a script writer-director named Siddharthan getting entangled in a murder, while writing a murder mystery.
